As main contractor, W.E. Phillips & Sons completed a steel-frame building for Combe Nursery, including groundworks, drainage, composite cladding and a timber finish for aesthetics.
At Batsons Farm in Adber, near Yeovil, W.E. Phillips & Sons managed the complete delivery of a new 6,100 sq ft agricultural stock building.
Our work began with site clearance and levelling, preparing the ground for construction. From there, our in-house team fabricated and erected the steel frame, before installing feed barriers, pen gates and sheeted doors.
To improve airflow and natural daylight, the gable ends were clad in Highlight Cladding, enhancing both ventilation and livestock welfare.
This project is a great example of how we combine practical agricultural design with robust fabrication to meet the demands of modern farming.
